Website Access
This secure section of our website has been created for regular attendees of ACC to have access to information that is intended only for our ACC Family. This information includes an online church directory and calendar of events. It also gives you private access to online giving and your giving reports. If you have not yet received a login and password and would like to request one, please email office@acchurch.org.
I forgot my login?
Your login is your original email address. Even if you change your email address, your login will remain the same. If you would like a new login, please contact office@acchurch.org.
My Profile
How do I change or hide my information?
Clicking on “My Profile” allows you to change your password, update your contact information, and select the information you want displayed in the online directory. In addition, you can change the information for your family members. By default all regular attendees are displayed in the directory. If you don’t want to be listed, email office@acchurch.org.
Can I add or change my own photo?
Yes, but we will only approve photos that are full face shots. The purpose of the photo is for other attendees to match names to faces. If you don't want to add your own picture, you will have several opportunities throughout the year to have it taken on a Sunday morning after services.

What can I use this info for?
This directory is for private use only among those who are listed and not to be used for any commercial purposes.
Calendar
Is every event/meeting on the calendar?
No. All recurring ministry events are on the calendar, but individual meetings, etc will only be on the calendar at the ministry leader’s request.
Why do the locations of events seem random?
This area of the website is still under development. Any event not at ACC will have a correct location listed.
Financial Contributions
Can I make tax deductible contributions online?
Use the “My Contributions” tab to donate individual gifts or for automated giving. Although both credit and debit cards are accepted, we ask that you only give from what you have. We are not supportive of any giving that would lead to debt.
Why would I give using “Automated Giving?”
One great advantage of giving online is the option for automated giving. By using this method you assure that you are giving regularly even if you are out of town or miss a service.
What is the Offering/General Fund?
Contributions to the Offering/General Fund go toward the everyday expenses of the church. This is the same fund that your Sunday morning offerings go to. From time to time there will be other funds listed such as Year End and Scholarships.
Why doesn’t the "Pledge" tab do anything?
We are not currently using the pledge feature.
Why aren’t my tax deductible contributions listed in my report?
To meet IRS standards we are required to assign donations to only one person. As a result your individual report may not show any giving history. If this occurs, choose “Family” as the statement type.
