Upward Basketball/Cheerleading
for 1st through 6th graders

The goal of Upward is to promote character and self-esteem through sports. Players of all levels work on skills and get equal playing time. Yes, we keep score but winning is just a bonus. Cheerleaders cheer for all players. It’s all about character and teamwork! (Jan-March) (For kids 1st-6th grade).

Does this sound like the kind of program you would like to support? You don't necessarily need to know basketball to help out! We have volunteer positions open for coaches, concession workers, referees, game day helpers (ie, running the game clock), etc.

Registration begins in October for the 2008-2009 season.
