Kris Milashus - Children's Ministry Director

Kris began her role as Children’s Ministry Director in June 2010. She oversees all our children’s programs as well as any family-oriented special events. She loves working with volunteers and being involved in the spiritual development of children. She majored in Elementary Education at Boston University.

Kris and her husband, Jeff, have two daughters, Sara and Madeline. She likes to read, enjoys outdoor activities, and loves animals. She spent two years working at The Grove Nature Center caring for snakes, turtles, lizards and a tarantula. She was bitten by several types of non-poisonous snakes and also learned that chopping up worms is easier said than done since they don’t tend to stay still!
